The player works great to show my .mp4 videos. And very important for my use, the videos can play endlessly in a loop. But I cannot get the videos to play sequentially. In the settings, I have it set to "Play sequentially/Loop", and I've done everything that Rufus suggested: File naming format matters – The device may not recognize numbers alone (1, 2, 3) Try renaming files with leading zeros: 01-filename, 02-filename, etc., so they sort properly alphabetically. Copy files directly to the root folder – Avoid nested folders. Place all video files in the root directory of your USB drive for better recognition. Check USB drive format – Verify your USB drive is formatted as FAT32 or NTSC (the media player supports FAT32/NTSC/exFAT). Reformat if needed and recopy files with the corrected naming convention. Rebuild the file list – After renaming/reformatting, unplug the USB drive, restart the media player, then reconnect the USB to refresh the file index. My file names are simply 01.mp4, 02.mp4, etc. And I also reformatted my FAT32 USB drives to NTSC. But it still plays the videos randomly. Even so, l believe that the player is a pretty good value.
