I purchased this mini percussion and THOUGHT it was DOA (Dead On Arrival). Upon arrival, I followed the instructions in the manual that caution you to only use the cable sent with the device. I immediately plugged the device in, attaching the supplied cable to my own a/c charger and to my dismay…nothing, no red charging light…nothing. I thought okay, maybe it’s my charger, so I attached the supplied cable to a different a/c charger. Still nothing. I was SUPER disappointed. I immediately reached out to 4KOR's customer service via e-mail. Nadia responded relatively fast and stood behind her product and 1 year warranty. While we were working out the particulars, I decided to plug the device into my Samsung charger. Voila…immediately a red light came on indicating it was charging! After a while the device went off to indicate it was fully charged. When I turned it on, a green light came on. Apparently, it was not the device after all, but the cable. If your device is not charging, please try your OWN cable. I reached back out to Nadia, in Customer Service and updated her on the situation. She wrote back to let me know that they are immediately upgrading the cables. We were both thrilled that the device was working fine. Does it work? Once it actually powered up, it worked amazingly. I own and use a larger percussion from another retailer. I love it but wanted a mini because it is lighter, more portable and a lot gentler on the body. This device is extremely easy to use and feels just as effective as my larger percussion but gentler, even on its highest setting. I have used it several times and typically feel relief a short time after, if not immediately. I do a quick (about 10 min) preworkout session because it seems to help loosen things up. I find I am able to get more out of my pre workout stretches after using the device on the muscle group I’m targeting that day. I tend to follow up with a longer after workout session to help reduce tightness and soreness. I especially love using it on the palm of my hands and soles of my feet when they feel sore. It makes tired feet feel amazing after standing or walking all day. I have not changed the attachment as I love the one that was on it when it arrived. Safety: It is advised to not use any percussion for more than 10 minutes on the same area. No need to watch the clock, this device auto shuts off after 10 minutes. Simply push the button to easily restart after 10 minutes and move to another section of the body. It also has a pinch guard to keep us from getting injured. The device does have a new appliance smell. If it bothers you, it did me, we are a fragrance free home. You can air it out in your garage, on your porch or patio in an inconspicuous area where it will not get wet. The smell does dissipate rather quickly. I left mine on my back porch for 2 days and it’s fine now. Would I purchase it again? Definitely! I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service is A+++. Read more

Love EVERYTHING about this product! I've been wanting to try a massage gun for a while and was so so so impressed with this one. Battery life is incredible and so easy to charge with the USB cord. The speed and power are incredibly impressive for such a lightweight and compact product, as well. Would definitely be able to pack this along for vacations/traveling. Super easy to use and everyone in my family loves the massage gun now.
