It was packaged so as not to be damaged during shipment and it wasn't. The quality of the paint job looks excellent. The lid closes properly, slowly, and with proper alignment. The support brackets for the foot pedal and lid lifting are all plastic so I'll have to see how long they last but because this seems to be a problem with most brands I'll be very gentle raising the lid an hopefully nothing will break. This medium sized trash can is both stylish and functional. It's the perfect size for the bathroom or a bedroom. The lid's foot pedal operates perfectly and the construction seems solid so I would expect a long life. The lid closes slowly so no slamming sound. The media could not be loaded. I never knew I was going to be absolutely in love with a trashcan. The only reason for a star deduction is because it came with a huge dent in it. I was able to pop the dent out, but it still left an ugly dimple. Confusing because there was no damage to the box. Pros: The color is so luxurious and the paint job is 💯. STUNNING!!!!!!!! Absolutely gorgeous. The functionality of the trashcan works perfectly! Super smooth and soft close. No slamming lid! Excellent durability. Comes with trash bags, so ready to use right out of the package! Good size! Perfect to use for a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, garage, office, hallway, living room, foyer… Not too big - not too small, the perfect size to not let garbage stack up and stink, but small enough to be discreet. Very versatile. Again, I just have to say that the olive green is absolutely stunning. I’m super curious to know what the red one looks like in person and wish they would make other colors. Cons: I just did a full home remodel. A full gut job. Everything in my house is brand new so the only disappointment is the dimple on top. It’s hard to get a picture of because of the lighting, but this is the whole reason why I ordered a new trashcan in the first place. My old can had a dent, so I thought it looked tacky in the brand new home. It’s so pretty. I don’t want to get rid of it. I really like this trash can. I prefer it without the legs attached, though the sensor can be a bit too sensitive, opening when you lean over it while sitting on the toilet. Gosh, this thing is gorgeous. The green is just BEAUTIFUL. There's not a ton to talk about with a simple foot-lever trash can, but it works very well. The lid pops right open and it came with a roll of trash bags to start out with. It's about 2 feet high or so (kind of short) and with its gorgeous outward appearance, it's great for a hallway or bedroom trashcan. I love this and want to buy some of the other colors now! I don’t have a large kitchen but it does have a bit of an awkward layout so I tend to be walking to the trash a lot because it isn’t in the middle of the room. I found this alternative option that is small enough to fit next to my kitchen sink and near my stove but also does not impact the overall flow of my kitchen. I really wanted a pedal operated lid because my larger alternative trash has a swinging lid that is so disgusting all the time because everything touches it as you dispose of your trash. The metal wipes down easy and stays looking bright and beautiful. The can came with its own set of trash bags which I love because it makes set up even easier. I hope to find a matching larger size down the line so that I can replace my older trash. The size is good as an alternative kitchen trash but it will fill up quickly if it’s your only kitchen trashcan. Read more
