The media could not be loaded. When I first received this I was upset because I did not see the area at the bottom where you can adjust the flame. Upon further inspection, I noticed it. It definitely is there. I also really like the ability to close the lid. As long as you run this with some good quality butane, it will last a very long time. The three burner design is also great,it puts out a lot of heat quickly. Obviously, the amount of heat you get is dependent upon the amount of fuel you burn, so you're going to run through fuel quicker than if you had a tiny flame, but you will get much more heat. 1 year update: Alright its been exactly a year and a day, and not even one day has passed that I haven't had this with me for most of it. I use it at least 20 times a day, sometimes a lot more. I just keep a bottle of butane nearby and it's good to go as long as you can get it colder than the refill bottle (chemistry stuff). That just means if you're using it like a flamethrower on a hot summer day, you have to prop it in front of the AC vent for a minute or stick it in the fridge or freezer in order to get the butane to transfer containers into the lighter. I painted it today, it was looking a bit rough. I chose a high visibility orange, since I'm ALWAYS fumbling for it🤣 turned out well, considering I hardly gave it 2 hours to dry. Amazingly it still lights every single try on the first strike. Can set huge jet engine afterburner sized flame, or tiny pinpoint jewelry welding flame. I love it, and it seems to be as good as new even after pretty heavy daily use (and some abuse) for an entire year. If it stopped working for you, the fix is likely relatively simple, as this is not a complicated device. There's one screw in the entire assembly and the rest just slips in place.
