When i used it to my daugther to dry her hair after 2-3 mins it shut down or turn it off so i taught it has a sensor because it too hot. I purchased this for my teenage daughter for a gift instead of the straightening iron she asked for. She's in love. It took her 15min to blow dry her wet hair to barely damp to try out the air wrapping curling attachments. It took her a few tries but she figured it out. She also loves the straightening brush to use on slightly damp or dry hair. The packaging was very sturdy and well laid out. The only negatives is they have a QR code to get to their Instagram but it lacks anthing helpful. A few tutorials would be very helpful. This is a bit noisier than your standard hair dryer but dries much faster with better temperature control. A storage bag for the attachments would be a great addition too. And I didn’t even use it every day. :( Was drying my hair like normal when all of a sudden it smelled like it was burning and then shut off. The lights turned back on, but no air. I could hear clicking inside and it felt like it was still getting hot. Checked the air intake, no dust at all. It doesn’t suck in hair because the filter is so small. Not sure why it happened.
