If you are into the various tools of the trade for home skincare, this is a nice set to have around. A collection of skincare items that will help to keep your skin at its finest. Each are easy to use and feel comfortable in the hands. I don't know how important the magnetic attachment feature is, but it does help to keep them together when not in use. Or you can keep them all together, almost like on a keychain, while using if that's your preference. Well made and each work well. When I first saw the Beauty Magnet 5-in-1 Professional Skin Care Tool Collection, I was really impressed by the presentation of this set. The five tools and spray bottle are placed in a solid black metal box with a vibrant lilac interior with built-in notches to ensure that the tools are safe and secure. It makes it easy to pack and take with you when travelling. Each piece has a good weight to it and feels sturdy in my hand. The pieces include a pro derma roller, rose quartz face roller, precision tweezer, rose gold metal eye roller, and comedone extractor. Of the pieces, the only piece that I wasn't really impressed with was the rose quartz face roller. It was on the petite side for me and when it rolled it seemed to get stuck frequently which was a distraction and disappointment. I also wish the pro derma roller was a smidge wider but it works nonetheless. The pieces are easy to clean with alcohol. I was surprised to see this set was lacking a simple explanation of each tool and how to properly use each piece. If you are giving this set as a gift, it would be nice to actually have a brochure describing each tool. The manufacturer placed a QR code to scan for tips and tricks but I would have preferred a description that I can look at that is included inside of the box. This is a fun set of beauty tools. I like the pretty rose gold color. I also like how they come in a nice storage case and can also be kept together with the magnets. The spray bottle can be used to hold isopropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to sterilize the tools before use. I would have liked an instruction sheet to be included, but I visited the brand's website for instructions and how-to videos. My favorite tool is the one for depuffing the eyes. I hadn't used one before but it feels good. This is my first dermaroller too, but I haven't been brave enough to use it yet. The tweezers and roller are more familiar for me, and they aren't the best quality I have used but are okay for the price. Recommend. Read more
This set comes in a magnetic box. I like that all of the tools can be kept together through a magnetic base for easy and simple storage. Although, the box is probably too big for them. My magnetic container also came with a dent on the side and some scratches on a corner. The tools themselves work fine for the intended purposes, but are not high quality. For the price point, the tools should have been higher quality and the case should have not been sent dented. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Wow! This is a great kit. I’m an older female with the typical skin issues associated with age, plus the acne left over from my teen years. It never ends. The tools in this case help with most of those issues. Puffy eyes? Check. Blackheads and large pores? Check. I haven’t learned how to use the “Pro Derma Roller” yet, but with the effectiveness of the other tools, I’m sure it will be of value. In fact, I think it may be of use on my back. I like this kit. This is a nice set of skin care tools and the magnetic feature for them to all stay together is pretty neat! It makes it very convenient to keep together – my husband has the habit of walking away with (and then losing) my tweezers – so I’m optimistic these will stay put for longer. The case is a nice addition, but I wish it was a bit smaller to help with storage. As it is, the case has a LOT of extra, unused space so it takes up way more space in my drawer than it needs to. It’s still too early to see the effects of the rose quartz face roller and the eye roller, but I do notice a difference in the absorption of my nightly skin care products after using the derma roller. This set is nicely made and offers a variety of skin care tools. The individual set is magnetic and sticks together on the bottom. They can easily be broken apart for individual use. Some of these tools are more familiar like the precision tweezer and black heard remover tool (gently push against your skin). The others are easy to use, but need a bit of an explanation as to their purpose. The oddest tool is the pro derma roller. It is a a roller with little pricky pins on it. The pins are gentle enough, but for me, it was a weird feeling to get used to. Honestly I haven't seen that this makes much of a difference in my nightly skin care routine. The two other rollers de-puffinging eye roller (looks like a round ball) and the rose quartz face roller (Long flat roller) are both supposed to help with puffiness of your skin and eyes. I have seen some difference in using these two tools and will continue to do so in hopes of continued improvement. What I like most about the product is that, due to the materials, you can sanitize it with alcohol to keep it clean and sterile. Read more
This set of skin care tools came giftable in a nice container. But the quality of the tools was very disappointing and one of the tool (face roller) came broken. The massaging tools were way too small. The handle of the tweezer was too short that makes it difficult to use. For this price, I expected way more. Read more
