Not only does this convert one USB-A into 2 and give me an extra USB-C port but it is also multidirectional. This hub can fit in a USB port in either direction due to it's connector being internally thin and having contacts on both sides. This allows for a more customizable setup and allows better usage with more of a variety of laptops with different button/port set ups. The only downside for me is that it doesn't have any USB 3.0 ports just 2.0. But for what it offers, that's not enough for me to rate it as a 4 star. Read more

I have many USB Hub mostly connected with cables making a messy look. But this one just gets glued with my laptop as if it is just an integral part of the main body. Ever since USB products came out, I been complaining that they're not universal, since you have to look carefully to figure out which way to plug it in. (They finally solved that with USB – C). This is awesome. It's low profile which is KEY, and my dual monitor stand has a USB output that this slots beautifully into.
