Better outcome than expected!
I bought this tape believing that nothing could fix the tear in my huge, motorized awning that snagged on a gutter in high wind. I am accustomed to over-promising and under-performing junk but needed a quick fix until I could get my $4500 (16'x11') awning professionally repaired. I just needed to stop further damage. Well. So far, after putting a patch on both sides of the 8" rip, and watching how it survived the roll up, I am amazed. No wrinkling, no creep. No hint of detaching. Sticking like poo to a blanket and surviving heat, rain, and regular use. And I have about 10-years' worth of replacement in a single roll. I am going to use some of this product to brace abrasive areas where I have seen wear. So far, marvelous. Read more
