Avoid exposure to pets

This product came sealed and packaged well with a convenient dropper. The formula contains 5% minoxidil which I had hoped would help with thinning hair from hormones. Unfortunately I was unaware of the toxicity of exposure to cats and dogs so I had to quickly discontinue use. If you have pets, you might want to avoid any exposure to minoxidil or take an oral form instead. You could maybe try wearing a bonnet after applying the product and keep cats away, but that is sometimes hard to do if your pets sleep with you like mine do. It just isn't worth the risk to me.
