This product is easy to use and has a light texture that doesn't leave the skin oily. The combination of minoxidil, Rosemary, and biotin in a serum is much lighter than the traditional minoxidil foam and therefore doesn't affect the texture of hair near the area of application. The price was economical and the two bottles came with a special roller. The roller has tiny little pins that are intended to help your scalp absorb the serum better. You roll it on the areas where you place the serum. It doesn't hurt but does prime the scalp for maximum absorption. I have noticed new growth (baby hairs) particularly in my hairline where it is receding on the forehead sides. I didn't give 5 stars because my hair is also falling out due to post menopausal shedding. So while I see some new growth, it's not fast enough to counteract the shedding. Perhaps the manufacturers might consider adding finasteride and it saw palmetto. Read more

This review is for GFTNAT brand Minoxidil. I've been using 5% Minoxidil since October. This is the 3rd brand I've used. 1st was a foam. The foam made my hair very greasy. Next was a dropper. That one didn't make my hair greasy but it was watery and ran down my scalp before I could rub it in. The GFTNAT brand is a dropper too, but a little heavier. I'm giving GFTNAT 3 stars because of how it sits on my scalp. If I accidentally got some on my hair and did not wipe it off my hair after applying, it would solidify into a jelly like substance. If GFTNAT product on my scalp wasn't rubbed in, it also solidified into jelly. If I used the roller that came with it right after applying, the product left a shiny film on my scalp. I got this hair growth oil to target my hairline and work on my edges. So far it has been working. It leaves my hair feeling smoother, not extremely oil and my hair feels a little healthier. It has a faint smell but it is not unpleasant. I think, based on what I’m seeing so far, that it is going to really improve my hair growth. Read more
