So much easier (and more fun) than cleaning the lenses by hand
Even though I have worn contact lenses for many years, I still don't like the cleaning process--rubbing each lens in the palm of my hand with my index finger. It always seems like I end up with a little piece of dust or lint on the lens that won't rinse off. With the "washing machine" case, I just put the lenses in, fill with cleaning solution, and operate the knob to swish the lenses around for a minute or two. The next morning I remove the lenses and put them in--ready to go. I've noticed a significant reduction in instances where I have something stuck to the lens that couldn't be rinsed off. My only complaint is that, because the "cages" that hold the lenses are quite small, it can be difficult at first to open the cages and removed the lenses. But this is just a matter of practice. It's no longer a problem for me. Read more
