I ordered these Lianjindun 5 Pcs Professional Resistance Bands for my legs to get stronger. I'm 64 years old, and my legs are pretty weak. They don't take up much space, and you just put them in a small bag. I like that they included a little instruction sheet, but I'm working with a physical therapist, and she has some great advice for using them.
