The filters are a little small for the Holder
It’s good for what it does. Honestly we need more water filters than we do the foam filters. The foam filters can go in the dishwasher. No reason to keep changing them. They always come with all the same number and the phone filters just pile up. I never really got this filter system anyway. The charcoal filter filters first and the foam filter second. The foam filter is the course filter. It pulls out the big things like hair, but it comes after the charcoal filter. Not the best design. But I digress. The product is fine. The new paper-encased charcoal filters are certainly more environmentally friendly. Maybe. No idea how they’re made. The new filters are just so smaller than the case to put them in so there’s a little bit of free play.
