I'm glad I bought this unit! It is working well here in Ireland and keeping stuff charged up at hotels. I use it to charge the Vive mobility scooter and all our electronics simultaneously. I particularly like that it provides standard 110v outlets, as well use USB outlets, including two PD USB-C ports. Anyway, if you travel internationally, get one! This is a pure sine wave converter, so better for your expensive electronics than using a cheap plug adapter thing that depends on your device to do the voltage conversion, and avoids you having to wonder if your device will get fried when you plug it in directly to 220v. In my opinion, the extra volume and mass is worth the peace of mind. Minus one star because I do wish it had a better storage case though. Instead of a draw string bag, a plastic box with compartments/spaces for each adapter would be better. For many items, including this one, a proper storage case really adds a lot of useful value. I bought this 500W Pure Sine Wave Voltage Converter for my trip to Europe, and it worked flawlessly. It converts 220V to 110V safely, so I was able to use my US devices like a CPAP machine, hair straightener, shaver, and laptop without any issues. The pure sine wave design gives me peace of mind since itβs much safer for sensitive electronics like cameras and phones. It also has multiple output options, including USB and PD ports, which made charging my phone and tablet super convenient while traveling. Itβs compact, lightweight, and easy to pack, yet powerful enough to handle higher-wattage devices like a hair straightener. Overall, this converter is a must-have for anyone traveling from the US to Europe who needs a reliable power solution. Read more
This converter works as advertised! I have a newer model Kitchenaid which I wanted to use in Germany. Having my appliance here I had to find out that it wonβt run with a conventional voltage converter. So I found his, also converts 50 hz to 60 hz!! Perfect!! Itβs been about a year. And Iβm still happy with my purchase and that i am able to use my kitchenaid. I can only recommend everyone who wants to use their 110V kitchen appliances in Europe to get this! Read more

New Details. I was outside the return window for returning the product through Amazon. Team Doace reached out to me and initiated a return. Once they received it a PROMPT refund was ISSUED. Thank you Doace for standing behind your product 100%. You are an honorable company and a pleasure to business with. If anyone is considering buying this product I recommend it. Anyone can receive an electronic item that malfunctions. It just happens. I am giving them 5 stars as a review because they earned it. I bought it for our upcoming trip to Europe. The USB C ports do not work. iPhone flashes too much voltage so they are useless. I bought it to give my CPAP a 120V supply which it did. I am hoping that the rest of the converter keeps working to do just that for the remainder of the trip. Even though it was purchased on 4/11 and my trip started on May 15 it is only been used for 6 days of use. I am out of my return window. To make this right I want either a return or a replacement. Perfect for travel, or at home if you need additional power. This weighs about a pound but comes in a soft netted bag. The set is the following: power cord, power brick, 4 power plugs. Simply put the needed adapter into the wall and plug your unit into this. What I like is that you can plug in 3 standard plugs plus 2 USB's and 2 C charging cables. Again: this isn't some cheap-o travel adapter, it is made to handle all your travel needs at the same time. We can charge our phones, plug in the CPAP, use the laptop, etc. Very worthwhile purchase. I bought this converter for a 27-day trip through Portugal. For the first dozen days, it performed just fine. On day 13, it totally froze in the "off" position, becoming a worthless piece of junk. I continued to try using the thing in different hotels as my trip progressed, but it still wouldn't turn on. Freeing up suitcase space and weight, I threw it into the hotel trash on day 20. Read more
