I chose these because they had a good mix of USB A and USB C ports with enough power to simultaneously power and/or fast charge high power devices like laptops, tablet and flagship phones as well as EDC items like watches, earbuds, flashlights and even my new tv remote charges via USB C. I bought two to replace two four port USB A chargers on my wife's and my nightstands these older chargers supplied about 20W each max so they didn't power larger items like Laptops and Tablet which needed to be plugged in separately, and significantly slowed charging when multiple things which needed daily charging (Phone, Earbuds, Watch, etc.) were plugged in. Also frequently found myself swapping cable to plug in transient devices, USB chargable flashlights, fingerprint scanner on my safe, powerbanks and the like. I velcroed these 500W chargers behind the nightstands and used short cables for most EDC stuff that is always on the table to reduce cable clutter a couple of 10' long retractable cables for Tablets and Laptops so we could use them powered in bed or on nearby chairs. At first 500W seems excessive but I love that this charger has enough ports and enough headroom to simultaneously charge all the things in your life that you use daily without bogging down. It uses a laptop style power cord so you don't have a wallwart occupying more than one AC outlet and you don't need multiple surge strips to plug everything in. A side benefit is by affixing it to the back of the night stand you don't have cords dragging all of your electronics onto the floor every time you touch something. I'm going to get another pair for our home office desks to power the Laptops when they are in the docking stations , and USB powered/chargable mouse, keyboard, bluetooth label printer for postage, wifi connected fullsize inkjet printer, wifi mesh router node, and Qi chargers for our phones and watches. Velcroed under the desks it would eliminate the need for multiple wallwarts and surge strips and the nest of cables under the desk for a cleaner look. I highly recommend these for anywhere in your life where you have a cluster of USB powered devices and in theory if you add up the power draw vs individual power bricks always plugged in you'll probably see a small savings in your electric bill too. This 500W USB‑C charger block is built for anyone who wants to power several devices at once without carrying multiple adapters. With 8 ports and support for 120W PD fast charging, it delivers enough output for demanding devices like MacBook Pro/Air, Dell laptops, iPads, and the latest iPhones and Galaxy phones. The high total wattage means you can charge a laptop, tablet, and multiple phones simultaneously without slowdowns. GaN‑based designs in this category typically run cooler and stay compact, so it fits well on a desk, nightstand, or in a travel bag. The layout keeps cables organized, and the multi‑port setup makes it easy to manage a whole family’s devices or a full workstation. A strong all‑in‑one charging hub if you want fast, stable power for a wide mix of modern USB‑C electronics. Read more

Great addition to my office table. It keeps all my devices charged in one spot and only takes up one wall outlet, which is really convenient. Clean, simple, and works perfectly. Read more

Extremely nice charger small footprint, doesn't get hot (well, hasn't yet), very efficient, and a solid deal for the money. I've had other chargers that bog down, just can't keep up, but so far, smooth sailing. Would definitely purchase again, very satisfied with purchase Read more

This charging hub works very well. I really like it. I C ports and USB ports to be able to charge things that require both kinds of cords. It will charge almost any device as fast as it can be charged as long as you have a cord that meets the Amps/Watts requirements to charge that device at fast speeds. A fast charging hub and fast charging cord do not guarantee fast charging either. Your device will only charge as fast as it is capable regardless of the type of cord or charger. I have had no trouble with my devices charging their fastest with charging hub. I have not filled all the ports at one to know if it continues to do this but I do have something plugged into most of the ports and it still continues to change everything at it's maximum speed. The hub never gets hot or even warm. It is not heavy. I have I have a little 4 port hub that plugs directly into the wall that is heavier. The lighter weight and small size of this hub make it easy to place almost anywhere and easy to move around. Definitely would one that would be convenient for travel. I have not had it long enough to speak to it's quality (as in how long it will last) or it's durability. Hence the 4 stars. It appears to be built well but only time tells. One thing that is very different about this hub from others (that I've noticed a lot of complaints about) is that it has no indication light to show there is power running to it. A lot of people don't like this and I understand why. We like and have gotten used to, the convenience and security of being able to look at whatever is plugged in and seeing that light assuring us that our device has power. If something isn't working right we don't have to wonder of the power strip is plugged in or tripped or the power hun is plugged in or whatever. Everything lights up. The problem is.....EVERYTHING lights up. It's even causing sleep problems. So I personally am very happy that this hub does NOT have a light on it. In summary, I haven't found anything I don't like about this power hub. It works great! The only reason for the 4 stars is the limited amount of time to assess the quality and durability. That would take months or years. Read more

This bitch right here is my best friend. I don’t care if it’s the size of a MacBook Pro charger because I can literally plug EVERYTHING into it and charge them all at once. It looks a little ridiculous with every hole filled, but so does Bonnie Blue! It still gets the job done like a pro though! Eh?! Read more
