I wanted to use this sticky rice in some desserts such as mango sticky rice. It took a bit of experimenting to get this the right consistency in the rice cooker, but it was great when I got it right. There’s a way to cook the rice in parchment which I will try at some point. It’s a good quality rice, but a bit pricey. Read more
