Cool backpack for my daughter, with 1 flaw
My 7 year old daughter loves this backpack. It's very stylish & seems to be of pretty good quality (for the most part). The 1 issue is that the zipper pulls were all falling off because the brass colored rings that hold em to the zippers all had gaps in em. I had to grab my pliers & bend them all closed. Since I did that, they've all stayed on. This is a manufacturing flaw that they need to fix. There should never be anything on a product that I have to fix. I shouldn't even be able to improve the backpack on my own, because they make backpacks & I don't. That said, it was a fairly minor inconvenience & this seems to be a great backpack otherwise, so I believe I'm giving it a fairly generous 4 stars. If you're somehow not smart/handy enough to know how to use a pair of pliers, then you should probably look elsewhere. Read more
