What do you really need in a nose knife? You need a sharp blade. You need some protection so you don't cut your nose. You need... well... No, that's about it really. But this does a bit extra on top of that. In this kit, you get five nose knives; each one has two sharp blades with protective plastic covers to keep your nostrils in one piece. The protective cover provides just the right amount of gap to ensure no wayward swipes or wrist slips split your septum. On the opposite end of the handle, there is a soft-bristle brush to swiftly separate those severed strands from your nose. That entire end is a smooth rubbery material that is very gentle on the sensitive nasal cavity. When using one of these, remember that you don't need to shave all the way up into your sinuses! Just the bottom half inch of your nostrils is enough for the aeathetics you need! Lay it flat against one edge of the nostril and smoothly glide it around the circumference. You don't need to press hard. In my use, I experienced a little bit of pulling on the hair, but once I changed my technique a little it went away. The whole process only took about a minute since you can shave in both directions without having to turn the blade around. Quick and easy. Each one is a different color so multiple people can have one without mixing them up, and the set of five comes in a convenient clear plastic closeable case so it's portable and easy to find when you need it. I ordered these mostly out of morbid curiosity. Five little plastic wands with razor edges for trimming nose hair sounded either brilliant or like a fast track to a nosebleed. After trying them a few times, I can say they work okay but they’re definitely not foolproof. Each stick has a tiny blade with a plastic safety guard and a soft brush on the other end for cleanup. They come in a little snap case that’s actually not bad. I like that they’re color-coded so if you share your bathroom with someone else, you don’t end up swapping nostril tools by accident. Using them takes a bit of trial and error. You don’t just jab and twist; you need to glide the blade around the edge of your nostril kind of like you’re tracing the rim of a glass. Press too hard and it scratches a bit. Go too light and it doesn’t cut anything. Once you find the sweet spot, it’s fairly quick. It trimmed enough to get rid of the visible hairs but didn’t exactly leave me feeling groomed to perfection. Now for the cons. If you’ve got smaller nostrils, the blade might feel a little wide. (Thankfully I don't have that issue, but I have some feedback from my partner: My first pass felt like I was trying to park a truck in a compact space. It also doesn’t catch everything in one go. You’ll probably need a mirror and a little patience.) I wouldn’t try to use it in a moving vehicle or when you’re in a rush. Also, it cuts short enough that the trimmed hairs sometimes poked the inside of my nose for a day or two after, which made me feel like I had a crumb stuck in there. These are fine for quick cleanup when you don’t want to rely on batteries or bring your full grooming kit. For the price, you can toss them in your travel bag or keep one in the car. This is basically a sliver of a razor blade encased in a plastic comb-like stick. You insert the blade into the nostril and twist it to cut nose hair. There is also a tiny brush at the opposite end to sweep out any debris. The first few times it felt a little precarious and the procedure didn’t seem very smooth. I could tell that a couple of hairs were cut as they were dangling from the blade but overall there wasn’t much to show for the process. However, I generally keep my nose hair very trimmed so there wasn’t much to harvest to begin with, so I’m not entirely convinced either way of its efficacy. The device seems pretty cheaply made and I’m not sure how many “nose jobs” I’m going to get with each blade. It comes with five blades so the combined total should last at least a few months. The item is pretty inexpensive so you can afford to replenish your stock a few times a year. Overall, I’m going to withhold judgement until I am convinced that the results are worth sticking a razor blade inside my nasal cavity. The media could not be loaded. These Wrusuh nose knives come in really handy for when you need that quick touch-up to maintain those bushy nose hairs. Really happy that I'm able to do this without having to worry about fresh batteries or needing a charge. Just pull one out of your drawer and go to town. These knives consist of plastic handles with very sharp blades on one side of the heads. Since these are an open comb design, they grab onto loose hairs as you slide. The blades are off good quality and can be rinsed and wiped off for multiple uses, making for a highly functional product. The packaging for these knives come in a small non-recyclable, non reusable plastic envelope. Inside are the pack of five knives inside a small reusable plastic case, which comes in handy when you need to throw these inside a drawer or dopp kit. These are really handy nose knives at a really affordable price, making for an excellent value. Read more
These are good to have on the go, assuming a nose trimmer isn’t available to you. They pack neatly in the included carrying case and do a good job for what they are. I don’t believe these are a replacement for a traditional nose hair trimmer. Rather something to take with you on vacation or travels. Works best on larger sections of hair, not so much on the fine detail. The price is reasonable. Read more
