Great espresso maker
This is a great espresso maker, the quality is real estate.The steel as specified in the description is true, do not dishwash, do not use dish.Soap just use plain or water to clean, and dry immediately. I had a previous one from another company Imusa and it didn't last. This is a real winner in my opinion, I bought the 9 cup cup one to have plenty for my first cup and take to work with some milk. Quality is unparallel and the price is right. Just maintain it as described and it should last for several years. Read more
Nice espresso maker; makes great coffee
Really nice looking espresso maker; makes great coffee. Just the size I needed and seems well made. The bottom part of the base is wide which sits better and is more stable on my gas stove grates. The top part is narrow and only drawback is that its hard to get my hand/sponge inside top to clean it. I now use a bottle type brush to clean it and works fine. Read more

finally! perfect solution for my coffee needs! i've tried so many 1-cup solutions, including Bialetti Moka Express, and none of them worked until this one. The small size of the Bialetti made it impossibe to handle when hot - the handle was untouchable. last straw was i had it on the electric stovetop and the handle caught on fire!!! this moka pot is perfect in every way so far. basically only 3 parts and cleaning is a breeze. i found that the 6-cup size brews one perfect mug's worth of Joe. yay new Moka Pot!!! Works really well!
I had gotten another brand, but I had accidentally left the Moka on the burner without any water for more than 20 minutes--it was early in the morning ... I didn't completely ruin it, but I wanted another one. I'm so glad I got this one because it works even better. This works very well. It doesn't cost much, and it is a basic stainless steel Moka, but the design is great, and it works better than the one that I had ruined. It's even better looking. I'm only puzzled by the standard valve that is not self cleaning like the Bialetti. However this no fuss design works very well and I'm so happy. It even goorgles when the coffee is up & done, as all Mokas should. For this price, I couldn't expect more. And it makes any coffee taste exquisite. You will see the difference from the standard American coffee maker. It's a world of difference in coffee. Read more
