I inserted these one morning before work, and while getting ready it popped out of place and lodged itself into my nasal cavity. I could feel it in my sinuses/ upper throat. Tried netty pot and all the things to remove before ultimately going to the er to remove it. Super scary and lowkey embarrassing. Most of these were too big for me, but they do exactly what they’re supposed to and give a nice aesthetic to a downturn nose if you want that. I definitely swallow and so be if you’re moving around a bit. Also, it’ll probably make your nose run a lot at least at first. This product is relatively difficult to get into place depending on the shape of your nose(my hypothesis is that it’s more difficult to get it into flatter noses) and there’s a tendency for it to slide all the way up the nasal cavity. This happened to me, and I almost thought I would have to go to the ER to get it out. This isn’t worth the risk. Read more
