Truly a highly unusual item it's basically a Q-tip with small little razors on the edge. Kind of confused as to how to use it but I just go with the flow and instinct stick it in my nose and on the edges where the hairs are I just twist and go up and down it grabs a few here and there it's kind of like an electric shaver where it gets some and leave some. Overall for a five or six pack for 10 bucks it's not a bad value and if you rinse it they should last quite a while. It's a lot better than those stupid scissors that catch your hair, plucking, or those nose electric trimmers that don't do a very good job either. Will it remove all the hairs no but it's good enough to remove most of them and especially the ones that are sticking out on the edge of the nostrils which are the hardest areas to reach.
