These came well-packaged in an attractive reusable box. They are full size, with easy to grasp handles with a wood-like look in a classic style. There's a large variety of brushes, from a blush brush to a spoolie. They appear to be well-made and with no apparent defects or loose bristles. However, when my set arrived they absolutely reeked with some sort of chemical smell, almost like varnish or paint thinner. I put them in the garage to air out several days. I've washed them a few times. I'm airing them out again. There's still a faint scent. Just be aware this is a possibility if you are very sensitive to smells or get migraines like I do. Read more
