stays on my skin for 1 mile swim
I use this tape to stabilize my shoulders during lap swimming. It stays on my body well for 1 mile which is quite impressive considering how much we have to rotate our shoulders during a swim. It did start to peel off for my 2nd mile, but that's simply too much to ask for. (Note: it stays on my skin well, but it does not stay on another layer of tape in the water. So be award while layering the tape) Read more
This tape is not the same tape previously made by ...
This tape is not the same tape previously made by Kendall; it is not waterproof. That tape lasted for days and survived many showers. Today's tape is made with cloth that is thinner and has less adhesive. I know this for sure because I had several rolls of Kendall from a few years ago and the difference was striking. It's okay as athletic as long as you keep it dry. Read more
