I have a lot of joint and back issues. I've been getting along with using a bunch of bed pillows, arranged to support certain areas and cushion others. I don't need it all the time but when I do, it helps me fall asleep because of how comfty it is. It's bigger than I thought (I'm 4'8"). It probaby is too big for a twin (if that's what you sleep in) but with a queen (what I sleep in) it's perfect. It has helped me with my pregnancy back issues when I sleep. The quality is 10/10. Supper comfy and fluffs back up if you shove it in the dryer. I would give it 5 stars but the pillow fabric tore easily when removing the cover to wash. If the pillow fabric was a bit sturdier this would be 5 stars for me. That being said buy this, I sleep with this pillow in a bunch of different configuration almost every night. I'm 5'8" and wouldn't recommend it for someone taller than myself, pushing it 5'9". Note: I brought this pillow for back and leg support not for a pregnancy.
