I received the package earlier than the date of delivery quoted at time of ordering. The package arrived without any package or mat damage. The item had easy directions to follow and was easy to flatten. The mat is easy to clean and extremely comfortable (I walk on it only wearing socks). I recommend flattening the mat with weight on the sides rather than only on the corners. Mat had white marks where it was rolled on lined roller which was easily cleaned with water using plastic sponge made for washing dishes (purchsed a black colored mat). I waited 48 hours while weighted down rather than the 24 hours mentioned in the directions. It looks great after my L shaped desk was put on the mat. I would definitely purchase this mat again.
