SUMMARY: Don't expect a high-end device, but I'm very happy with my purchase, given the price and my 1-time need to covertly record something. You'll get full 2 hours of decent-quality, covertly-recorded video, although possibly with muffled audio. If you're a private investigator, find another $250-$300 device which will last several years with a higher-quality mic and camera. This isn't that. PROS: - It really does get a full two hours of 1080p video!! I figured that claim was inflated but I tested. The SD card wasn't even close to full -- It's the battery that ends it. When the battery is almost done, it saves whatever it was recording and stops. - Easy to use with fairly clear instructions, including how to set the time. (Which requires a computer.) - Under normal circumstances, this device won't get any attention. It does tell time so technically it's a watch. The screen looks innocent enough. It shows a red heart instead of something like "recording" to indicate recording is in progress. The camera lens is not obvious. CONS: - Audio is very muffled, at least on my unit. If I had to use this for audio with video, I'd carry a separate audio recorder and mix them later. - If someone is *looking for* a recording device on your person, they might not be convinced it's a fitness tracker or regular watch. It's at least 15mm thick at the edges, compared to the thickest modern fitness band I could find which is only 11.7mm. Of course the only obvious "function" you can show them it that it tells time. - There's no getting around that it's very difficult to keep your wrist still while walking, so your footage will be very shaky unless you can sit or stand still. You can run your footage through free image stabilization software, which may help. - You get military time or nothing. No am/pm. - The band can't be changed, and it won't last more than 20-30 cycles of being removed from the unit, which must be done every time you charge it or retrieve video. Also, the band may be small for larger people. (To check, tear a strip off one end of a sheet of printer paper, so it's 8.5" long. If you can touch both ends of the paper when it's wrapped around your wrist, you're fine, but maybe not if you need 3/4" more.) - Both the SD card slot and the micro USB port are a little flimsy. Use them carefully. In fact, never even remove the SD card. See below. SOME TIPS: - Don't use the SD card reader "thumb drive" that comes with it. Just leave the SD card in the watch, and copy the files to your computer directly through the included cable. The computer treats the camera like any other USB drive when you connect it. The SD slot on both devices (the camera and thumb drive) is hard to use and easy to damage. - Copy videos to your computer first, then view it. The copy process may be slow but your computer will be able to show the footage without stuttering, versus trying to view footage that's still on the device. - It starts a new AVI video file every 5 minutes while recording. You don't lose any frames of footage -- it's seamless. I believe this is to ensure you don't lose any footage if the battery dies. Various free software will let you splice the files together, which can be automated because the files are named in order they were recorded. If you use image stabilization software, use it after (or during) the splicing of the files. - In the pictures of this product, there's a white oval on the face, which isn't on my unit. That's fine, but what I didn't realize is there's a "touch button" at that location even though there's no white oval. Although it's not a touchscreen device, you just touch that part of the screen to turn it on or off (holding for 2 seconds) or you can touch it briefly to show or hide the display, even while recording. This is not a bad camera to have something on your wrist. It looks close to a fitbit if I had to describe it. The device is not too heavy on my wrist. It is pretty comfortable. The quality of the recording is not too bad but note that you are limited on the direction of the camera. You cannot control the focus and such on this nor can you really rewatch it on your wrist as the screen just shows the time. The watch/camera has a decent battery. It last longer than smart watches even with the camera. The camera does not constantly record so you do not have worry about it running out of power quickly. Speaking of storage, you can remove the storage and use the card reader to pull the files. The card is already already installed in your actual device. The card reader it comes with a USB 2.0 card reader which is a bit dated and makes the transfer a lot slower. The wrists bad is not bad and it feels like decent quality. The band is adjustable so you are able adjust it to your comfort. The band looks nice but can get scratched up. The screen quality is not bad. The buttons feel pretty nice on the side to make it easy to control. The camera does record at a decent resolution and it does not take up a ton of space on the card because of the quality. The battery life can vary depending on video. You can turn the camera on and off whenever you need it. There is battery indicator. I like that you can tell time and I use the camera only when needed. Overall I think the quality is not bad and the watch looks very nice. It looks like a fit bit snd the battery life is not bad. You are limited on angle and being able to see what you captured. I thank the company for giving me my money back. That is appreciated. I had to send it back as it didn't last very long before the actual screen came off just from a fall. I needed some surveillance without it being too obvious but a fall during a soccer game caused the screen of the watch to literally slip right off. I'm wondering if sweating caused the glueing to loosen up the glass. But that's not good for everyday outdoor use. Idk how good the storage is or anything. I have to find a computer just to change the time and date on the watch which I would think would have a button on the watch to control so keep that in mind. You need to hook the actual memory card into a computer and go to that storage unit to tell it what the actual time and date is and then put it back into the watch to program the watch to the correct time and date. For the price you can't ask for much but I was expecting longer use than maybe a couple weeks. Read more

Video quality was OK. The audio was very garbled. It’s hard wearing a camera on your wrist, so I was hoping the audio would capture what the camera couldn’t. The battery did last a long time though. It was pretty easy to set up too. Just wish it worked better. Read more

This video camera/recorder watch is very convenient to have especially if you are looking for something that can record video or audio without having to reach into your phone to activate it. In terms of the camera quality for video recording it is alright. I am not quit sure if it is 1080p but it does the job. I do like that activating the video camera is as simple as clicking the top button or bottom button to activate the audio recorder. It comes with a preinstalled 64 GB microSD card and charging the watch is via microUSB port. I wish it utilizes USB-C since many new devices nowadays are using USB-C to simply my cable set and that the watch was an easier way to charge instead of having to take out the watch unit to charge it.
