I usually don't write reviews, but this product surprised me. It was accidentally soaked in water, which leaked from a faulty toilet in the workspace. This accident happened due to challenges which had the smart board on a flat surface near the floor over a long weekend (from Thursday until Monday). We rescued it from the ponds on Monday afternoon and allowed it to drain and dry until Wednesday. When tested, it came back working like nothing happened. I'm still monitoring it; however, I strongly recommend the product. The quality is very ok too. Initial set-up is pretty easy. The price is reasonable. However, picture quality may need a little improvement, or I probably need to set it up to the tone I am comfortable with. Read more

I did a lot of research on these displays and finally decided on buying Coolhood! It has performed to our satisfaction and has fulfilled our needs. We haven'r tried the whiteboard features completely and also the multiple screen sharing features yet. The product is easy to use and is not heavily dependent on IT guys to install. It was also priced right! The only missing piece is an in-built camera for video conferenciong and our other requirements, and hope the manufacturers include it in future models. Read more

I actually ordered this to use with my iPhone, and while I couldn't figure out how to make it work (kept getting a "no signal" message) I was able to hook it up easily to my laptop and use it as a 2nd monitor. The kids can use it with their Switch and Nintendo as well, comes with multiple types of cables (usb, usbc, hdmi, etc) to hook up to just about anything. I'm sure if I called Customer Support they could help me hook it up to my phone. Brightness is good, honestly it makes my old laptop monitor look dull! Comes with a nice carrying case and is boxed up nicely (similar to how Apple products are boxed). Nice and hefty, would like the stand to have more than one tilt option but you can just lean it on something so no big deal there. All in all its a good size, color and brightness are good, easy to hook up, a good buy. Read more

I got this smartboard and installed it right away. When we turned it on it never went to the setup screen and instead went right to the main interface. No problem, except the screen was completely touch locked and we couldn't do anything with it. Got a new one sent as a replacement, and this one won't connect to the internet no matter what I do. Seriously this smartboard is trash! Read more

I use this for presentations, the only thing to keep in mind if you power the screen off of your laptop is it does use quite a bit of battery. There is a power cord though, so not much of an issue. Read more
