My laptop would not turn on I assumed it was the original charger. I bought this one with hope of it powering on. I waited a few minutes before hitting the power button it in fact turned on! Downside is be aware that it’s not a ORIGINAL charger so if you have a 360xEnvy like myself it might or might not give you a message informing you that the charger is a dupe!
