I purchased the shaver about a year ago and was totally disgusted with it's performance because the razor head was defective from day one. A little spring popped of it the before even used it. SO, IT ONLY HAD 5 0UT OF 6 CIRCULAR RAZORS. I used it for a week and another spring popped out leaving only 4 razor. I didn't use until about a month and a half ago and another spring came leaving only 3 out of 6. Then a week later the whole razor head froze up totally . I ordered the the replacement razor head and it works much better than the original equipment. After about a months use it is still working Excellent. So, I ordered another replacement head, just to have it ready. Now, I am very happy with the replacement razor head. And, now feel happy that I can get the use of the razor. Diving right in from my review title, I do not have a very rounded skull. My skull sweeps to a point over my forehead, and I have a flat spot at the top-back of my head. This means my scalp is an inadvertent proving ground for a electric shaver's flexibility; if an electric shaver's "D" heads can't pivot well, I get a patchy shave. The more flexible the heads are, the more consistent my shave will be. This head is only marginally more flexible than the last one I had, judging by touch. But, I still don't get as good of a shave as the 7D shaver I recently got to try out. But, here my gripe ends and it is the only one I really have. This shaving head replacement is pretty run-of-the-mill in all other regards, not great but not bad. I haven't noticed any quality issues with it. Since I have another shaver that works better for my needs I don't know if I'll be using this one much, but even so, it's been solid enough I feel it merits a good review score. Read more

If you don't use it "frequently", it will grab and yank on hair that is even a little bit longer than a "nub". Also, could not figure out how to remove the individual blades to clean out hair that wrapped around the blades. Sent vendor a message: "Can't get all the hair out of the individual blades. How do you remove them for thorough cleaning. The supplied brush doesn't clean it out" Their response: "We provide brush for that purpose". Read more

Cheap crap literally dulled out after like the second shave not even sure if the middle blade works. Unfortunately this is really the only option for new blades for my shaver. Read more
