I have really only tested the blue (easiest) set. It's a bit odd to be basically chewing on a chunk of silicone. I mean, as kids we're taught to not chew on non food/gum things, right? However, I have a really bad habit of clamping my teeth together or even grinding them pretty much all the time. Having this block at least gave me a little cushion to clamp onto. And I did feel it in my muscles a little differently which reminded me to loosen up my jaw. So while I can't attest to how well these work to get a chiseled profile (pretty unrealistic in my mind anyway), I can say they do serve a good purpose. Also, I have to say, I only used one of the set - two was too much. And, I did find myself with lots more spit than usually. Guess my body was trying to break it down as it does food. It didn't, the item is still intact and no cracking, etc. I also noticed the longer it was in my mouth - and therefore the warmer it got - the more pliable it became, but still never got too soft. I say this because if you get these and find even the blue is too hard, let it heat up a little. That's basically how silicone works. Read more

We ordered these for our teenage son to try out. I'll say at the start of this review I am no way qualified to say if they get the results they claim to get... but I can confirm that they are what they say they are. In the box you get three pairs of color coded silicon "blocks". They present increasing levels of resistance from blue to red to black. In our son's words "the red & black are really difficult" so they have gone back into the included case and the blue ones are in use right now. No idea if he'll get a better defined jaw line but he does have six silicone blocks to chomp down on... 5 stars Read more

I'm giving this three stars not because I believe the product is necessarily bad it's because of the bad design I believe it would be super easy to choke on these or swallow them The price is good I like how there's different colors and different sizes to work your way up to exercise your jaw in different hardnesses I would say it's pretty durable because it's made out of silicone size could be better I wish this was a little bit bigger and I wish it was at least had something to prevent it from falling down somebody's throat Read more

Too small. Be very careful with this product, as it can slip under your teeth and cause you to bite your tongue. Read more

I decided to give the Jaw Exerciser a shot after hearing so much about its benefits for sculpting the jawline, and I have to say, it’s been a pretty interesting experience. The set comes with three exercisers, each with a different resistance level. You basically just pop it in your mouth and start chewing, which feels odd at first because it’s like chewing on a thick piece of silicone. But after a few minutes, I could definitely feel my muscles working. The exercisers are small and portable, so it’s easy to keep one in your bag and use it whenever you have a few minutes to spare. I haven’t been using them long enough to see any major changes in my jawline yet, but I do feel like my jaw muscles are getting stronger. It’s too early to tell if it’ll give me that chiseled look, but it’s definitely a good exercise for those muscles. Plus, it’s kind of a fun, weird little workout that doesn’t take much time at all. Like that they come in a handy little case. The different colors are different strengths I can already tell just by touching them what grade they are. Recommend! Read more

While I didn't order these to sculpt my jawline, they do the job. I ordered them for Neuro specific workouts where I need to bite down on one side. Additionally I don't love gum but sometimes want to chew. These come in handy. It's a simple piece of plastic but gets the job done. Read more

As has been mentioned by a couple other reviewers, these need to come with warning labels. Yes, you're just chomping on silicone, but your teeth aren't really meant to be chewing on something that hard. After one try with the blue set I have decided this type of tool is not for me. My TMJ really flared up and has lasted for 3 days now. While these may tighten up your muscles, they also can cause more issues than they solve. I'll be looking for a different way to firm up those muscles. Read more
