I received this order on the date promised. Since receipt of this item 4 days ago, I’ve been using this device twice daily for 10 minutes. Already, I see marked improvement in fine lines, texture, lifting and overall improvement. Today (day 5), the device’s vibration aspect is inconsistent. Hence, the 4 star reviews. I am concerned that this device may be short lived in its ability to perform all of its features (such as the massage/vibration feature). I’m hoping this was a one time incident and the device will work smoothly during the next treatment. It truly works! Wow! This works and is so beautifully designed and lovely to use. It feels great and has many light colors, each serving a different purpose. I am not sure if it is working. I use this regularly so only time will tell. the The heat setting is nice but the charging stand is terrible! It takes a very long time to charge and while charging the blue light is very bright, it blinks and is annoying. The base of the device does not lock into the charging stand, it just kind of sits there, you have to balance it perfectly or it will not charge. Read more
