I have owned and tested a variety of LED masks in different price points and designs. After using this mask for a few weeks and inspecting this mask closely, I have collected my thoughts on the mask. Overall it is pretty good for this price point, but to be honest I doubt it will be my favorite in my collection. Positive observations: --The packaging is sleek and professional looking and the manufacturer website is not bad. There are more instructions included with this than I have received with other masks in this price point. I would believe this is a really nice mask if I could get good safety and testing info on its development. --The eye protectors on the mask blocked light better than any of the pop in eye protectors I have ever seen in an LED face mask like this, though note that if you wear the mask tight to your eyes the edge of the protectors may cover some of the LED surfaces. --The LED lights on my mask did not heat up with any of the colors I tested while running the mask for 15 minutes. --The controller charges quickly and is sleek. It displays a lot of info, including battery level, color running and the time left on the mask. I like that you can use the buttons on it to adjust the time up and down and then it runs down while you use the mask and beeps while turning off the mask's power (in case you like to close your eyes while using this). --My skin looked nice and suffered no side effects after testing the yellow light at 15 min intervals every other day. --There are a lot of color options with this mask given the price point and the best color red, blue and yellow lights seem to match the documented wavelengths pretty roughly. Rooms for improvement: --I contacted the manufacturer asking for info on their safety testing and development and received a message just reassuring me that the mask was tested thoroughly to ensure it was safe. I got the impression that I was just getting marketing blurbs. This does not mean anything about the mask's safety but I wish there were more info available and more transparency, like some other brands offer. --My phone app spectrometer provided some measurements of the color wavelengths provided by the mask. My phone is not a professional spectrometer, but it seemed that the primary colors matched most closely with the mask's documented wavelengths. These colors seem like the best and most evidence-based to use, but some customers may feel better if the other colors were guaranteed and maybe third party/gov tested or certified as well. I wish the IR could be enabled or disabled separate from the colors, but that would be a lot to ask. --The mask seems made for a person with a large face and I found that the open mouth hole exposed my whole chin so that it is not exposed to any light. --The straps were not very comfortable behind my head and pulled the eye protectors so that they dug into my eye skin. If I continue to use this I will modify the mask to add a strap around the top of my head, but note that this is a common design issue for many similar types of LED face masks. So far pretty good for this price point and I bet it could be even better as the manufacturer releases more info about the mask, so keep asking for it! Read more

This mask is such an improvement from the viral rigid red , blue , green near IF light masks from two years ago. I absolutely love how comfortable the silicone feels . The straps are easy to adjust . The best thing is how the mask fits over my lip area where I have fine lines and how it lays over my nose which has a lot of scar tissue. Even the eye cups are comfy . The remote is easy to use and a charge lasts and lasts. I haven’t had to recharge the mask yet. I use the red light at night after washing my face , and the white light in the mornings ( when I have the time ) . I make sure I can relax with every 15 minute treatment . I love the 7 different lights, each one does something different, one is for boosting the other for calming , several for balancing and evening out skin tone, dark circles etc. I also used it with facial products like a nourishing serum or essence and I love how my skin feels afterwards. Even hubby noticed, I just feel as if my skin is smoother and tighter after each use. My facial skin is dry , not very sensitive. I tried most of the light modes, I love the white Boost mode , anti sun damage/ dark spot treatments. The red is the anti aging and repair mode , very soothing. I also like the cyan relaxing mode for boosting collagen . The yellow mode is for calming , so is the Yellow mode, It’s for mild detoxification. Everything is explained and there is a lot of information out there on the net about the different near infrared plus colored light effect on skin. I think that even people with very sensitive skin can benefit from this as everything can be customized. The mask can be pulled tight to the face and still feels very comfortable. After using it with skincare I wipe the inside with a soft damp cloth to keep it clean. If you are looking for a Spa like experience at home , this is for you . Guys will love it too ! It has a mode or seven for pretty much any type of skin concern , breakouts are soothed , acne prone skin benefits. Make sure you take a few minutes out of your busy day , sit or lay down and just relax . The presentation and unboxing is pure joy. There is a thick white drawstring storage bag, a nice sturdy charging cable , the remote unit is intuitive and doesn’t take away from the comfortable wear. There is an easy to read and understand booklet and a 1 year warranty registration card . Oh, the intensity of each light mode as well as the timer can also be adjusted. The whole unit seems well thought out and I swear it does make a difference on the way my skin feels … I noticed that after the third use. I would buy this model again. The price seems fair for this quality LED skin mask . This would make a wonderful gift for anyone who could use a little self care . I can only recommend this “nourished bodynskin ”brand LED mask. When I first pulled this out of the package, I thought it looked like space age technology. I thought there’s no way it would be comfortable enough for 10 minutes, let alone longer. But I was wrong! The mask matches the shape of my face pretty well, and the straps are adjustable so it’s easy to find just the right fit. There are seven different light settings, each of which addresses a slightly different problem. After using it for the first time, I could feel a slight difference in the texture of my skin, which felt a little smoother. Using regularly over the last month a few times each week has given me skin that is smoother and less pronounced age spots. I think the results would be even more impressive if I’d managed to use the mask daily. It’s easy to clean afterwards with a damp cloth and can be combined with serums for greater efficacy. Read more
