Great set and great value. Just buy it!!
So I was very skeptical about this set because of the lack of reviews but I really wanted the three band set so I wouldn’t have to keep buying them piece by piece. I love this set and the color scheme. It’s perfect for beginners because you have everything in one and it comes with a bag. If you are constantly going to the gym like I am 5 days a week you know you have a bag with your things. The gym I go to doesn’t have ankle straps and during this whole covid thing I don’t really want to borrow any. I can bring my own and sanitize it when I’m done. The Velcro is really good quality and it’s put together very well. I’ve seen reviews about the bar pad coming off when you use it but I see the set I currently have has straps so I think they upgraded the quality of the product and what it comes with since the older reviews. Another note is that my set is black and gray and others mentioned blue, if this is from a new manufacturer than previous then I would definitely say they found a good one because this is quality stuff. The bands are really soft and thick. I use the light for my arms and the black for my legs. Any beginner would be happy to have the three so they can see what their tolerance is with the bands. If you are on the fence about buying this I would say to go for it, you don’t realize how much of a difference a bar pad makes over a towel and you won’t have to use a mat like other people do.
