I have purchased this item now 2 times. The first was clearly from a return even still had the return address on the package. I ordered a second ran it for a week (not more than 45min a day). Only using for 1 room 10 ×10. worked Great until it didn't. It made a pop sound and then would not trun on. The red light at the top is very faint but no cold or hot air is flowing. I will be returning, not sure if I am going to use the same company. I give a 1 star because it is a great size and works great when it works. Read more

First - WAS a "Love at first use". I adored how small it was, perfect for under my desk just to keep my lower body slightly warmer... But because today was the second time I ever used this heater; and only 20 minutes into it, it shut off and no longer works... It is now a "Hate at last glance" as I throw it in the trash. Nice lightweight and powerful heater, but two drawbacks for me. Instructions say for intermittent use only, not continuous duty. Also, moderately loud fan runs continuously when even when thermostat is turned down and the heat comes on periodically. I wanted to use it in a pump house to prevent freezing pipes and these limitations rule this out. I am keeping the heater because it will be handy for occasional shop or garage use. Read more

I ran it for 2 nights (about 6 hours) and it quit working. Sounded like loose pieces inside. Originally I bought it to keep my sick dog warm at night. I needed up buying another one. Different brand and it’s still kicking after 3 months. *****update***** Very cool of them to want to make things right. They took it upon themselves to contact me. THAT is customer service! I was relatively happy with the product up until approx. 10ish days of having the heater. Had it on for about 1 hour one evening before I heard it turn off by itself. Thinking maybe the safety feature had activated because the heater was less than flat on the counter or something, I repositioned it to verify the automatic shutoff was in the flat position. It was. I manipulated the knobs as maybe it changed modes, nothing. I unplugged it to let it cool down even though it wasn’t overly hot. Plugged it back in after an hour but it still wouldn’t work.
