Works great for my yoga and floor acro home workouts, more comfortable and better traction than pile carpet. But, it's relatively thin, so best used on carpet or rug with good padding, for max comfort, esp. if doing any impact exercises. Recommend the larger size for 6+ foot tall individuals, but even 5 foot seems large enough for most of my floor moves. Read more
