I have installed a lot of ceiling fans and this was by far the easiest. The directions were easy to understand. Diagrams and pictures were clear and concise. Screws had just enough tolerance to hold in place while aligning and tightening. The fans (I ordered two) were both perfectly balanced without wobble or need for balancing. All parts included, with extra screws just in cases, well done. The assembly and install were very straight forward, even with the removal of the existing fan, it took only 2 hours to assemble and install. I'm not a professional or electricial in any way. Ladder, screw driver, needle nose pliers - all that was needed. The 72" wingspan looks like a condor compared to the 32" fan it replaced. Looks fantastic, not sure I'll need 6 speeds, but there is a big jump from level 1 to 6! The media could not be loaded. These fans are really great. We just moved into a new house and wanted to update the outdated lighting that was here so we ordered four of them. We have really high ceilings in one area of our house, and wanted to be able to have a lot of air circulation throughout the year. The fan comes with a remote that has 3 timers;1 hour, 2 hour and 4 hour. It also has 6 fan speeds and 3 different light modes. You can dim the light by the remote and you can switch it from summer to winter by the remote, while the fan is off. Also included is a cradle for the remote. You can either screw it into or use double-sided tape to attach to a wall so you don't misplace the remote. When I put the fan on the highest setting it was like a jet engine! There was so much air being moved, it was amazing! Although we ordered 4 of them, unfortunately one didn't work. However, we were able to return it and get another one within twenty four hours. I'm very pleased with the functionality and look of these fans. A nice addition to our new home! Read more
