I’m not the type to do negative reviews. I simply just don’t buy products from the manufacturer or store they came from again. I will make an exception for this one. I bought this for an emergency, I’m assuming like most people do. So 2 months after I purchased this an emergency happened and my truck wouldn’t start due to a weak, not even completely dead battery. (2020 Silverado 1500). This company claims it can start even a diesel multiple times. Not possible. Yes from a full charge it did start my truck, the problem is the jumper was completely drained down to a flashing single bar. If I would have had to crank the engine for any amount of time before starting it wouldn’t have had enough left to get it to turn over. That is horrible and if your looking for peace of mind by sending this with your loved ones knowing if something did happen and you can’t get to them they could hook this up and get em back going, don’t pick this one. So because I didn’t have an emergency within the first 30 days of having this jump (junk) box I’m passed the window to return. The return policy on items like this should be changed for obvious reason. I spend a lot of money on Amazon. I’m embarrassed to say but not a day goes by I’m not shopping here. Situations like this definitely is gonna have me checking local stores like Walmart before doing like I always do and heading straight for the Amazon app when the notion to buy hits me. Read more
