Absolutely love this product. It was easy to set up scan the QR Code on top of the dryer box to download the app give your email a password ect... self explanatory of course I had to give our little boy a shower and try it out at 9pm and he whimpered a little because he wasn't use to it. I would open the top up and put my hand in brush his hair and check and make sure he wasn't too hot because the momma in me over protective and worried, but he was perfectly fine. He was completely dry in 40 min. He is a Maltese. Next day I left the door open he would go in sit in and lay down in it. Suffering from Chronic Pain, Lupus(SLE)and Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis this is a lifesaver and complete gamechanger. Read more

Works well and is pretty straightforward. I had a hard time with the app so I just used the buttons on the machine itself. I don’t need it often so that’s not a big deal for me. It’s a cute design and the size is big. Seriously, look at the specs, it takes up a lot of space! It fit my two Ragdoll kittens but I can tell it will be ok for one of them when they’re full grown (probably about 18lbs). It’s not too noisy and the temp felt right. The kittens didn’t like it much of course, but we’re trying to get them used to it. We don’t bathe them often but every once in a while there is a number 2 emergency and they need a bum wash. Lots of long fur back there, ya know. So it’s nice that we have this to help all that fur thoroughly dry out. It’s pricey, but to me it’s worth it so they don’t have to walk around soaking wet. I would have liked the door latch to be a little more sturdy or easy to use. It’s a tiny lever and when you’re juggling cats it can be a pain. Other than that, it’s pretty good. Read more
It's a great dryer for my 3 cats. Although, it's only big enough to fit one at a time. It's still great because ther's no noise and the air, at quick dry, stays at a comfortable temperature during the drying process. It love how it dries my cats perfectly and I also love how the door opens up by itself once the drying time is finished. I had high hopes for the Petsuper dryer box, but the execution is honestly disappointing. The biggest issue is the control panel. The buttons are unresponsive or inconsistent, and I’m unable to reliably change the temperature. That’s a pretty critical function for a pet dryer, and not being able to control it defeats the purpose of having adjustable settings in the first place. The app integration is another major problem. The unit has a QR code and clearly advertises connectivity, but there are no actual instructions on how to put the device into pairing mode. It just says to pair it, with zero guidance. I spent a significant amount of time trying different methods and could not get it to connect at all. It’s also much louder than advertised. I measured how loud it is using the Android sound Meter app, and the claimed 40 dB appears to apply only when the dryer isn’t actively drying when using the cool and warm modes at level 1. Once you increase the airflow to usable levels, the noise jumps significantly, easily into the 60–65 dB range. At that point it’s loud enough to scare my cat, which completely defeats the purpose of using an enclosed dryer for a calmer experience. For something marketed as a “smart” device, the lack of clear setup instructions is unacceptable. It feels like features were advertised but not properly implemented or supported. Overall, between the unreliable controls, excessive noise at functional settings, and the non-functional app connectivity, this product feels unfinished.
