This toy has a wonderful surface. It's mostly silky smooth, but with just a hint of texture. It's incredibly comfortable and wonderful to use. The low bulge is a standout feature. Perfectly positioned and delivers continous pressure. The base is so thick that it'll always stay on the safe side no matter the activity level. Being the same silicone, it's surface doesn't grab or poke, so there's only continuous external comfort. The silicone density rating isn't listed, but it's soft enough for at an hour of use. The density is the kind that starts squishy, but firms up quickly to hold shape. This allows it to play slightly smaller than it's width suggests. This realistic butt plug is a great feeling plug that can be worn as long as you'd like. Once in, it's staying in, with it's tapered bottom and long curved base that easily conforms to your body. I love to insert this plug right before getting dressed in my silky and shiny pantyhose, dress, and high heels for my daily duties. The material feels like high-end platinum-cure silicone (super velvety, slightly squishy but with good firmness in the core). No porosity that I can detect, and it hasn’t picked up any scent transfer from lube, skin, or anything else. This review is on the small & medium size. This thing is is great. Love the design. Like a lot of people have said, the handle (base) is pretty large and the neck (stem) needs to be about an inch longer. Maybe a little narrower, too. It does want to back out. It's pretty thick. You can definitely tell it's there. Unless you are really stretched, this would not be comfortable to wear for very long. I've got a good, full feeling going on right now. It's not too soft, so no problem getting it in. It's a little firm which does make it a little uncomfortable. I'm sitting right now and there no discomfort from the large handle. I really don't feel it other than it's pushing the plug and keeping it in. This is the 1st time having it in, too. Maybe after a couple of times wearing it, it'll become more comfortable. No problem with insertion. Keeping it in is the challenge. I did boil and clean it 1st. Easy to clean. I'll do an update after having it in a few times. 12-2-24 Update: After a couple of days playing with this thing I believe that this is not a wearable plug without a harness. Absolutely the best butt plug I have ever owned. It fills me perfectly. It is really big, takes a while to get it in, but once fully inserted it is comfortable to wear for hours. I'm wearing it now! Amazing. Already an all time favorite. If you like the full feeling this toy is great. Stays in pretty well. Had it for about 2 months and its spent more time in than out. Three stars just to be fair.... beautiful piece, feels great, looks quality, firm and soft. However.....me oh my, I really should've bought the small one. Female user here, bought for regular play, and no, that middle is too big. I legitimately thought it had to be the large they accidentally sent me when I saw it. But alas, no. I had low expectations and they've been blown away, seriously. As an owner of many expensive toys from hankeys and bd, I didn't expect this to be actual high quality silicone. I'm blown away. I can't believe this is as cheap as it is for the quality of the silicone?! I got the medium, I wish I'd have gone for the large, I'll probably end up ordering that too, this is the perfect size for an all day wear, I've bought plugs marketed as all day wear and they're awful, this isn't even advertised as that, but I've had it in for 4 hours already and it isn't the least bit uncomfortable.
