I've tried several options as far as non-OEM products when it comes to replacement heads for my Oral B. I have the older 1000 model series and the factory branded brush heads run around $24 for just 4 brush heads. I have to say that for an 8 pack of similar at just $14, it's worth it ten times over for me and I'll get these again. They're what I would call medium because they aren't super soft, but they also don't feel really hard either. I haven't had any issues with scraping, bleeding, and so far no noticeable gum recession. I have had issues in the past with recession, which a lot of my hunt for the perfect tooth brush is because of that. I switched to an electric to monitor the pressure I was using and it's helped tremendously. I just had a cleaning, so when my next one checks pockets and recession, I will update if these caused any damage, but I honestly think they're great so far. Plus, at this price, it's so cost effective during cold and flu season or if an outbreak of a cold sore happens. I won't feel so guilty just tossing the toothbrush head because I don't feel like sanitizing or heating takes out all the risk with spreading germs. I know the chance of reinfecting myself with a cold or covid is probably low, but as someone who unfortunately gets an occasional cold sore, I don't like chancing it and it's nice to have an 8 count on hand for when I need to toss heads. I can use a new one when I'm healed, and then toss it as well after a week or so just to make extra sure. That probably isn't the biggest sell for most people but it really gives me some peace of mind. All in all, happy with these right now. I have invested a lot in fixing my teeth after growing up rural without access and even though some might want the OEM, it's nice to find something comparable to help the wallet. Read more

These replacement toothbrush heads from Moefele help keep my dental hygiene in top shape. Original replacements are so expensive so sometimes I keep using the brush past its prime. They should be changed out every three months, and this option makes it easier to do so. Eight brush heads come in the box, so this will keep me going for two years. The package says the bristles are soft, but they feel more firm to me. However, I don't have any issues with sensitivity when using them. The form of the head is very similar to the original version, and it's hard to tell which is which just by looking at them side by side. The head securely snaps onto my Oral B Genius toothbrush and feels secure when using it. My teeth feel dentist-appointment clean after brushing them! Good quality toothbrush heads, fit my Target brand electric toothbrush perfectly, and bristles are sufficiently soft. I like that they do not have a tiny opening in the front partway down the stem like some other brands do, because sometimes that tiny opening on other brands catches my lips and causes cuts.
