One of the things that I like about the Oral-B toothbrush is the rotating brush heads. I feel that the rotating brush head gives my teeth an extra measure of cleanliness. These replacement heads will work fine with your Oral-B toothbrush, but be aware that these are not rotating brush heads. They vibrate, but they don’t rotate. You may find that to be sufficient. Frustrated, not a perfect fit. While these do technically fit my IO5, there’s a gap between the base & the head that allows water/spit to enter and makes a MESS. The fit is so bad it makes an awful noise during use. I’d say these do not fit an IO5. You can see the gap in my photo. Read more
