It’s pretty easy to set up and take down, even though not technically “instant setup” that others advertise. The height was definitely an advantage and it was roomy enough for 4 adults very comfortably with lots of space around, probably would be fine for 6 too even if slightly tight. Another friend of ours had bought a brand name camp tent and so we got a firsthand look at setting up two different similar sized tents, and theirs was much more difficult to set up and take down. In fact, they broke one of the poles when they were taking down the tent. The only minor possible issue in the future might be that because the rain fly does not cover the tent fully, there might be some leakage if there is heavy rain. We did not experience rain and don’t intend to be camping in heavy rain in the future so it might not be an issue for us, but you might want to test it out properly. The bottom layer is reasonably thin so I’d recommend that you get a tarp that goes underneath, protect against stones and sticks that can damage the tent. Read more

We bought this for an extended weekend campout and it delivered. The main part of the tent is easy to put up with just one person. The height and space inside is perfect and can easily fit 2 queen sized air mattresses. I love the clip on accessories. The one thing that holds me back from giving it 5 stars is the overhanging rain fly. Over the main part of the tent it is great but the overhang is not super sturdy and difficult to put up. I’ve camped my entire life and this tent is one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d give 100 stars if I could. Recently camped and the minute we got it set up there was a massive hail storm. It handled it with no problem. We hadn’t even gotten all the stakes put in yet. It was also very easy to set up. The awning kept any moisture from hitting the entrance. We stayed warm and dry. It was also big enough to handle a king sized air mattress plus two adults and a big dog. Plus our gear, clothing etc. Big enough to hold everything we needed but not so big that it’s a nightmare to set up. 100/10 would definitely recommend!! Read more

I love love love the pop up design, easy to set up and break down, love the fact that the rain cover and front canopy is all one piece! Takes a few extra minutes to set up the rain canopy portion but so worth it! My gf and I have used this tent through two rain storms. I bought this a few months ago. I would have rated this much higher, but when I camped this weekend in this tent for the 2nd time (this time in a cold weather), I noticed that the dew water from top of the rainfly had seeped through the rainfly - telling me that the rainfly will not protect me from any sort of rain - even the mildest one. Unfortunately I'm out of the return period and cannot do anything about it! I do not see any manufacturer's information either to contact them for support. Very disappointed! Read more

Just used for first time in September after getting rid of a Eureka tent of similar size that we had for over 30 years. Don’t think this will hold up as long but love this tent. I like the blue color. No rain, so don’t know about leaks. We always use a tarp under the tent. Have a queen size blow up mattress with ample space around mattress. Inside tent size is 12 feet side to side and 10 feet front to back. Appreciated the space to get up and walk at night in tent when I had leg cramps. Great ventilation with windows on all sides. Nice head room at 80 inches. The top is mesh. Was afraid would be cold at night but was cozy with the fly over the top and windows zipped up. The pictures don’t do it justice. Read more
