3 dollars?! Are you kidding me? These are wonderful for the price. Velvety smooth and soft. The strap for your finger is strong. And the pad is thick! Not thin like some cheaper puffs are. Some one called them an elf dupe and I wouldn't agree. Elf has more of a shaggy surface and these are soft and smoother. They are nice and cushioned and glide your powder on perfectly.
