Don't buy if you have a Mac. It may work well with PC but I was not able to transfer files to device from Mac. The software recommended is not user friendly, requires complex setup on the device and still no luck. No such thing as "plug and play" here. Unfortunately I didn't try to set up before the return window closed. Money wasted, lesson learned. Read more

Nifty little device! Fast shipping, and everything I wanted—wifi/bluetooth, micro SD card slot, decent battery life, headphone jack—makes it high-tech and suitable for modern activities but in an almost “retro” style. Ease of use: Sound quality is excellent. Size is very nice. HOWEVER: this is an android device, so transfer of data from MAC to internal storage is a problem. 1) the internal storage requires a separate app, two of which are suggested in user manual. I downloaded both. One could not be opened at all. The other is useless without paying $20 per month fee. 2) The SD card would have been a good alternative, except there's no way I could reinsert the card after I loaded it with music. The user manual says I can email a photo of the card to the company. Are you kidding? There's nothing obviously wrong with the card that would show up in a photo. In any case, there's no email address provided. There's also no customer service phone number provided. After spending two days trying to deal with this, I'm sending it back. Read more
