I really wanted to love the “Pocket Kindle,” but unfortunately it just didn’t live up to the hype for me. The size is definitely a plus—it’s super compact and honestly really cute, making it easy to carry around. But beyond that, I ran into a few issues that made it hard to stick with. First, the performance feels pretty slow. It runs on Android 9, which is quite outdated at this point, and you can definitely feel that in everyday use. Apps lag more than I’d expect, and overall navigation isn’t as smooth as I’d like. Another big downside is how hot the device gets, especially when I’m listening to audiobooks. That was a bit concerning and made longer listening sessions uncomfortable. Battery life is also a dealbreaker for me. It doesn’t last more than about 8 hours, and since I regularly listen to audiobooks for 10+ hours a day, it just doesn’t meet my needs. If you’re a light user or just want something small and cute for occasional reading, it might work for you. But for heavier use—especially long audiobook sessions—it falls short. Essentially a very nice, tiny Android tablet. It's running Android 9 (5Feb21) so far from the latest but perfectly adequate for the task. Device performance isn't snappy but also quite adequate. The 480x800 display is clear and bright. 2MB RAM, MT6750 SoC with 8 1.51GHz cores. I installed a few apps from the Play store without trouble, including maps which worked well. Loading up some audio files and books also went without a hitch. Audio playback via Bluetooth was flawless. This device goes to sleep quite aggressively and actually shuts down if left idle for too long. On the flip side, the battery does last very well. Although this features a USB-C charge port it cannot be used with USB-C chargers. USB-C PD power supplies were not triggered when connected. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included however and you can use pretty much any USB-A power source. (5V at up to 900mA.) The 80GB actually refers to 16GB onboard and 64GB on an included SD card. It’s so cute although the box was a little damaged when I received it and the mp3 player shuts off a lot and when pressing the power button ( pressing it for a few seconds it doesn’t want to turn on ) then after the second attempt it turns on. Freezes frequently. This is the 3rd day I had it and still having problems, I even tried the reset. It’s so adorable though I just wish it will work properly. Read more

Everything works perfectly, whether I'm looking through Spotify playlists or checking out Audible audiobooks. The Android system makes it feel like a small phone just for music and enjoyment. The music quality is great—clear, sharp, and surprisingly loud from the built-in speaker. My wireless headphones connect to Bluetooth without any problems, and the WiFi capability lets me stream music from Spotify, Amazon Music, and Deezer without any problems. I also like that it works with MP4 files, so I can watch videos on the move. The 80GB of storage space is great, and it can carry hundreds of music, playlists, and podcasts. Playing music on thisMP3 player with Bluetooth and WiFi has made working out at home a lot more fun. A small stand next to treadmill lets me quickly stream my favorite Spotify, I enjoy using the FM radio function to play music in the background while I stretch or do exercises using my own body. The Bluetooth on my portable headphones stays connected, and the built-in speaker works well when I want to keep the sound in the room.
