Use these carefully because they really work! I had a bit of composite on my tooth that my dentist put on to repair a chip caused by my orthodontics. He built it out just a hair too far and it caused my retainers to fit wonky. I asked him about it but he didn’t see what was wrong. I endured it for a while and then decided to take matters into my own hands and I found these strips. I was able to use one almost like floss between my teeth to take off the less than a millimeter of extra composite that needed to go. They’re only abrasive on one side so make sure the strip is facing the direction you need. These were a life saver for my situation, but I definitely wouldn’t use them willy nilly as you don’t want to harm your enamel or create sensitivity in your teeth Read more

the strip is too thick. It doesn't pass in between the teeth. Read more

It fits between my upper teeth but not between my lower teeth. I had braces in the past so my teeth are pretty close together. This is a good product once you figure out how to use it but it tends to peel off while being used. It's tough to get in betweeny teeth but once it's in there it's also tough to file because of how close my teeth are together. It's a little too thick and not sturdy enough to get through sometimes. Was able to use this to sand down a rough edge on my tooth, dentists probably wouldn't recommend this, but it worked! Read more

These strips worked very well. I was able to smooth down part of a crown that had a tiny piece broken off. They were easy to use and did the job. Read more

Thin enough to fit between teeth, gritty enough to be effective. The finest strips polish the edges of the teeth after using the strips that are more coarse first. Read more
