Good unit, bad instructions
Once i skipped the elaborate directions and just used common sense, I was able to link to the opener. It works fine, looks just like the original. It's a little sturdier too. And costs less. Read more
Dead Battery
Very simple install and works fine. Only issue is that the battery that shipped with the unit was essentially dead. Buttons wouldn't light up and couldn't program the unit. Replaced the battery with another that I had on hand and the unit performed as expected. Read more
Great Overall
This product works exactly as expected! I originally bought a universal one that was cheaper and regretted it immediately. It was in fact "cheap" and would not sync with my liftmaster garage door opener. I wasted over an hour and had to return it. This opener synced right up and worked like a charm. I also appreciate the overall quality of the item. It seems small but its nice that the press of the buttons and the "beep" sound are simultaneous which makes it easier to know you are correctly entering your code. My last one had haptic feedback delays and was so annoying to deal with. Overall great product so far. Read more

Easy to program
I wasn't able to reprogram the Liftmaster keypad that came witb the house. I bought this one, which looks identical to the original keypad, followed the instructions, and reprogrammed it for two garage door openers. Worked first time. Read more
Easy to use, but no one touch closure
This was incredibly easy to program and use. However does not have a one touch close feature that actually works. Pretty frustrating to have to type the code to put the door down. Read more
