I love this mat! I purchased the 8mm large (6'x4') and couldn't be happier. It has great padding that's thick but not squishy (ie, provides plenty of cushion but gives stabile footing). There was no smell, it rolled out easy, and it's a solid design built to last. I love this mat. It is the perfect thickness (I purchased the thickest option), and large enough for met to do a variety of exercises. I use it on a carpeted surface (since that's where it fits), but I think it would work perfectly fine on a hard or outdoor surface. The quality seems to be good. I've been using it for about two weeks and haven't had any issues. Its also decently non-slip when I'm in bare feet. It comes with a carry strap, though because of the size it probably would be pretty bulky to lug around. I could also see this being a perfectly good option for someone with kids who takes them to the park often. It would probably make for a nice place to set up on the ground. Read more

This is exactly what I wanted for my exercise program! I wanted a thicker mat, we have wood floors and it's big enough to do my mobility training. Non slip, good grip on both sides and no odor is a big plus! Very high quality and in the winter I can pretend I'm on the lawn. 😊 Read more

Great mat but it does move around just a bit on the rug. Not as spongy as other mats I've had, but its nice, sufficiently comfortable, and I like that my cats are not digging their claws in it, as they have done with every other yoga mat I have used. They like to lay on it during my practice but they are not using their claws on it so far. That's a plus for me. UPDATE: As evidenced by claw marks, my cats like it just as much as every other yoga mat. Not happy about that. Read more
