I am very pleased with this frying pan, and I recently purchased a second one. It has a pleasing weight, feels well-made, and its nonstick surface makes cleaning easy. It is also dishwasher safe and allows for healthier cooking with less oil. The handle stays cool to the touch. I use extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil when cooking.
