This device makes for a wonderful portable MP3 Player with the bells and whistles you get from having the Android operating system. This includes things such as access to Spotify, but more importantly custom music players! The sound quality is great when using headphones, but out of the device itself - not so much. Despite this, I find it’s ease of use and small size makes it more than worthwhile to pick up. Speaking of headphones, it has bluetooth access so you’re not restricted to wired chains lol. This is the best mp3 player i had ever used it’s very compact and has a sturdy feel it reminds me the era of early 2000 when they were a thing the touch screen is very responsive and the sound quality is top notch . Uploading songs on this is pretty easy . And great storage and the battery life all in all it’s a great product. Plus it has all the features of an android phone except for calling im definitely buying another one for my dad since his birthday is coming up. Highly recommended. Read more

AUG 25: After my latest review below was published, the seller reached out to me asking if I would be interested in a refund. The seller also suggested, that I should keep my player setting to Display - 'Always On' mode, so that my display doesn't time out. When I responded to the seller stating that this is not a solution, as my player's battery would drain out soon, and the continuous recharging of the player would impact the condition and life of the battery, the seller never replied back! The seller has also not refunded me anything. AUG 24: The player has stopped functioning within a week of arrival with next to MINIMAL usage. When it *was* working, I had to wait for a few mins for the player to turn on every time. It was like I was reviving the player from a deep draw state! I have only ever seen certain laptops go into a deep draw/ hibernation state, where it takes minutes for them to wake up. I have no idea my my player would go into a deep draw state, EVERY TIME I would leave it aside for even a few mins. Very frustrating when I needed to use the player rightaway. Also, the overall device weight didn't help with my fitness routines. The player never connected via Bluetooth to any of my or my family's phones, which correspond to the latest well-known brands and models. Lastly, the player not only did NOT connect to my car's bluetooth, it messed up the entire navigation system of my car, such that Google maps was not even rendering on my car's navigation system for ALMOST A WEEK. Thus, I was having to use my phone for driving/ navigating and barely succeeded in avoiding collisions. After much investigation, I was able to get my car navigation system working again. A complete waste of time, money, safety and sanity with this brand. Never again. I will be returning this and going in for a branded player with strong quality control.. Read more

It's worth it. You are looking for a player, and this is that and has some bonus add ons. The clear protection, and 64gb card both didn't do anything for me, but I didn't need those. The music sounds like what you want it to sound like. I have JBL ear buds so I downloaded the app on google play to use its sound enhancements. I downloaded using chrome and google play on this device because of its wifi. Like in the description it's basically a phone without the service. You have options for playing music already on board, and can download something else if you prefer. I loaded music on a card, it was easy, and it works fine. I have used it in the car and again works fine. I have prime so I used that app already on the device and found no issues. I wanted a decent player, but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg.
